Mr. Charles Gatsey serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Unity Community Bank, providing leadership for the bank and overseeing its day-to-day management.

He brings extensive experience in banking supervision and regulation. Prior to joining Unity Community Bank, Mr. Gatsey worked with the Banking Supervision Department of the Bank of Ghana for 20 years as a Supervisor, Examiner and Regulator. He retired as Regional Manager of the Bank of Ghana's Hohoe Office in November 2014.

Qualifications

• Executive MBA in Banking and Finance
• BSc. Administration (Accounting)
• Diploma in Human Resource Management
